Leaders Circles
The DEPOT facilitates intimate gatherings of leaders to share their achievements and their frustrations, their fears and their hopes. They do this in the context of story telling, built around specific themes relevant to the group. The leaders may come from one organisation or can come together as individuals from different environments.
This requires a highly specialised form of facilitation, and careful preparation. It is often a component in a broader programme.
