Culture transformation involves development of a better organizational culture by identifying the existing work culture (where are we as a team), where do we want to go; how will we get there and what we must focus on now, and agreeing on ways of sustaining the desired culture. This programme involves pre-programme surveys – questionnaires &/or interviews – and running personality tests. Programmes have also been designed to integrate different cultures and backgrounds.
