Change management: Most change initiatives at best fade after a while, and at least as often simply fail. At The DEPOT we understand what it takes to make change take off and sustain, and we have developed a robust approach to helping all concerned to buy into and even enjoy the ride. Each situation is different, and so as with all our initiatives we first seek to understand the purpose of the change and what may prevent it succeeding and then, using our deep and broad experience, designing an appropriate process. (Note the use of the word ‘process’, as change management cannot succeed simply as a result of a one-off event.)
