Retreats/symposia: These can be for a variety of purposes, and for various levels, including Boards of Directors, Senior Management Teams (SMTs), Middle Management, Supervisors, Production workers, Customer facing staff and so forth. They can be to devise strategy or to strengthen culture, or they may to stimulate constructive engagement between stakeholders (eg between the public and private sectors). And they can just be fun-days/away days for large groups of 500 or even more participants at a time.
